Before purchasing any service, program, membership, consultation, or digital product, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following policy.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our services, all services rendered by Javon Black Inc are non-refundable once the service has been received or work has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Business consulting and strategy

Business formation and administrative services

Consulting or mentorship

Business plans

Educational programs and training

Memberships

Digital products and downloadable materials

Other professional services provided by Javon Black Inc

By submitting payment, the client authorizes Javon Black Inc to begin providing the purchased service.

Exceptions

Refunds or other resolutions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are solely at the discretion of Javon Black Inc.

A refund is not guaranteed simply because an exception is requested. Any approved exception will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the purchase and services provided.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, completing required forms, responding to communications, and participating as required to receive their services.

Failure to provide requested information, change of mind, personal circumstances, or deciding not to continue with a service does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Agreement to Policy

By purchasing from Javon Black Inc, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Service Policy before submitting payment.

Javon Black Inc reserves the right to review individual situations and determine, at its sole discretion, whether an exception should be made.
